"Excellent service from Michael. We have a very awkward-to-reach gutter, high up and above a glass-roofed conservatory, so not possible to reach by ladders. Additionally, the gutter had lots of moss, pieces of slate, and old chimney bricks in it, causing blockages and flooding. Other providers said we would need to get scaffolding. But Michael came out of his way and promised to have a go and that if he couldn’t do it he would not charge. He did manage to do it with his extremely long vacuum cleaner attachments and no scaffolding. He took before and after pictures, worked extremely carefully and tidily, and advised me whenever there was a risk of damage to check I was happy for him to carry on. In the end, the gutter is now clear and the previous flooding problems in heavy rain have gone. I highly recommend Michael."
